Customer Service Representative

All applicants must have an average knowledge of English. We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries. We are seeking a highly energetic and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative! This entry-level position is part-time and remote. The Customer Service Representative will act as a connection, providing product/service information and resolving developing problems that our clients might face with precision and competence. You will also be asked to process orders and modifications, and escalate queries across a number of communication channels. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, has excellent problem-solving abilities, is passionate about delivering results on time, exceeding expectations, and ensuring success for our teams. Responsibilities: Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Communicating with customers through various channels. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Managing a team of junior customer service representatives. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Requirements: High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent. Comfortable using computers. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
