We need you as a highly competent IT portfolio manager in our IT Demand, Project & Portfolio Management Region Europe Team. In this role you are responsible for the development and implementation of a systematic management framework to ensure an execution portfolio in order to support the business strategies and demands. This includes the management of a strategic portfolio and decision-making and approval process based on a clear understanding of cost, risk, interdependencies, and impact on existing business activities, enabling measurement and objective evaluation of potential changes and the benefits to be realized.

Tasks & Responsibilities
Implementation, development, monitoring and management of an operative and strategic portfolio planning
Create visibility of IT execution portfolio and provide governance & transparency to ensure the execution within approved time, budget, and scope
Support of strategic investment appraisal and decision-making and approval process based on clear understanding of cost, risk, interdependencies, and impact
Analysis and monitoring of resource utilization incl. preparation of feasibility scenarios. Escalate issues in terms of resource availability
Responsible for controlling tasks (planning, forecasting, reporting, etc.) in connection with the portfolio planning
Contribute to improvement of methods and procedures for portfolio management incl. operating framework
Support the Demand2Release Process in cooperation and collaboration with the IT Demand Management, IT Architecture, IT Project Management, and IT Management.
Responsible for the portfolio management tool and guidance for IT portfolio and project managers in the Region Europe
Responsibility for Prioritization to foster a balanced Portfolio in cooperation with Business and IT Function Heads and Units

In best case you have work experience in the IT Management and Steering areas (e.g. in IT Governance, Portfolio Management, Project Management and or IT Controlling)
Fluent German & English (spoken and written)
Excellent MS Office skills
Working in and with agile oriented environments
Experience with remote working teams
