The position is part of the Global Flight Marketplace and performs both a group function (idF. central function) and a local responsibility for the source markets of the Central Region (idF. local function). The position includes product management leadership for flight ancillaries. In the local function it includes the product management for flight ancillaries for all contingent and non-contingent flights as well as flight related ancillaries which include e.g. Rail&Fly and the Flex fare. Globally, the responsibility lies in the provision and continuous optimization of flight and flight-related ancillaries from dynamic sources. The local and global responsibility defines flight and flight-related ancillaries, is responsible for the results and ensures end-to-end functionality.

Further development, continuous optimization and result-optimized management of the global ancillary portfolio for dynamically related flights in coordination with all relevant departments and interfaces (e.g. Markets, IT, Product, Sales, Purchasing, Selling Platforms). In particular, coordination with the Flight Ancillary Service (TFA) and Ancillary related services (TFA, NSK, Aircruiser, etc.) business product owner leadership is required. Ensuring the E2E functionalities
Responsibility of Rail&Fly contract for mandatory and optional tickets for the group. Negotiation management, partner management and interface management (e.g. TUI Cruises, GeBeCo etc). The touristic product rail has to be closely coordinated with the head of product management flight. Ensuring the E2E functionalities
Market observation and derivation or generation of ideas on ancillary potentials in the areas of flight, product and other tourism business (global and local) as well as the development of feasibility and implementation proposals of ancillary potentials. Contract responsibility and partner management for partner contracts.
Monitoring and reporting of Ancillary measures as well as preparation of 3YP, roadmaps and monthly result forecast in coordination with the line manager. Coordination with the Centrall Markets Ancillary Team on Ancillaries related projects. Transfer of know-how on ancillary potentials to the line managers.

Completed studies in economics (business administration) or comparable training
International work experience
System knowledge: MS Office 365, Spotfire, SAP, Jira, Confluence, Miro
Business fluent English skills
Sound and advanced agile project management skills and working practices are an absolute prerequisite. This coupled with experience in managing projects and IT projects.
