Working Student (m/f/d) for User Awareness Training (15-20 hours/week, remote & onsite)

The future looks like you We're seeking a motivated working student (m/f/d) to join our team in supporting our user awareness training programs here at C&A. This role is pivotal in analyzing the outcomes of previous training sessions, contributing to the development of innovative phishing simulation templates, and driving the effectiveness of our cybersecurity education initiatives. Your responsibilities Collaborate with the CISO to assess and interpret the results from past user awareness training sessions. Assist in the creation and refinement of phishing simulation templates to enhance our training efficacy. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our training materials and methods based on the latest trends and feedback. What you bring Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for interpreting data and feedback. Creative thinker with an eye for detail, especially in content creation and problem-solving. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required. A background in technical fields is beneficial but not mandatory. We are also open to candidates from interdisciplinary areas, such as psychology, education, communication, or any field that contributes to understanding human behavior and learning processes.
