These are your tasks at RECOVA:
Onboarding Specialist:
You will be responsible for onboarding new customers and helping them to successfully implement and use our products. In doing so, you lay the foundation for long-term cooperation and customer success.
Customer Relationship Manager:
You are the first point of contact for our customers. You build and maintain trusting relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Performance Consultant:
You work closely with our customers to ensure that they achieve optimal results with our product and use it as profitably as possible. This includes identifying upselling potential.
Problem solver:
You are efficient and solution-oriented. No matter what challenges arise, you always find a way to solve them and ensure the satisfaction of our customers.
Customer expert and team player:
You drive innovation in product development through new insights, working closely with our IT, sales and product management teams.
What you bring to the table:
Affinity for the e-commerce business and an interest in digital products
Strong customer orientation and empathy, as well as friendly manners
Enjoy regular customer contact and have a strong service orientation
Strong written and spoken communication skills
Results-oriented, transparent, proactive, solution-oriented way of thinking and working
Ambition for mutual growth and further expansion of your areas
Basic technical knowledge and the ability to explain complex relationships in an understandable way
Experience in customer success / account management, ideally also in SaaS
Fluent German and English skills
