Job Summary: Kitchen prep will be responsible for providing a supportive role to kitchen staff in the preparation of meals and ingredients. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Preparation of raw ingredients, making the dough for the noodles and bao Follow instructions Ensuring that high standards of cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen areas and equipment are kept throughout service. Receiving orders and organizing them in the kitchen. Perform other kitchen duties as assigned. Requirements: Experience preferred.
