Your responsibilities
You will develop, implement and continuously track the tender sourcing strategy for large tender Offshore projects in the area of system integration, in close coordination with Sales/Tendering and Engineering
You develop and continuously update the project procurement plans for Offshore projects in the execution phase
You proactively expedite your supplier contracts
You analyze the international procurement markets
You obtain and compare suppliers offers for the main equipment and services needed for our Offshore projects
You manage your Suppliers (supplier development, qualification, evaluation)
You conduct negotiations with the suppliers and conclude the contracts under consideration of complex customer and project requirements
You handle the procurement process in close cooperation with the project team
You manage contractual disruptions with suppliers (claim management)
Your background
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Management or Electrical / Industrial Engineering
At least 3 years experience in Project Supply Chain Management within project business, preferably in the energy segment
Experience in the Offshore market is preferred
Very good negotiation skills combined with a diplomatic way of closing business deals
Fluency in written and spoken English
Willingness to travel
Great intercultural skills and interest in working within an international team
