Your Responsibilities: Develop test plans and select appropriate testing methodologies to comprehensively evaluate all aspects of assigned components. Estimate time and cost requirements for quality assurance (QA) efforts. Implement QA processes within an agile environment. Adapt test plans based on changes in the components under test. Create and automate tests, particularly for complex issues. Provide ongoing support to the team to ensure smooth delivery. Your Qualifications: Experience in QA testing or a similar role within agile IT projects. Proven experience in QA automation and test writing. A passion for learning, a willingness to share knowledge, and an open-minded approach. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and meticulously. A keen eye for improvement and a dedication to continuous optimization.
