Producibility Engineer Soldering & Materials (m/f/d)
We are now looking for a Producibility Engineer Soldering & Materials to drive our antenna design. Your role will be to build up the antenna design for manufacturing guidelines and define the requirements on design automated soldering processes in the antenna. We organize in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily workResponsibilities:
Develop specifications for iron & inductive soldering and plating technology
Introduction of new methods for the development of materials and manufacturing processes
Implementation of strategic work tasks in the field of process engineering, plating technology & RF Materials
Benchmarking of soldering surfaces and materials and recognition of trends and developments in the context of RF
Research of new materials for new RF functions
Regular exchange of information between global teams and local development teams
Formulate objectives for investigations
Completed technical studies (e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or materials engineering)
At least 3 years of practical experience in process engineering or development
Solid understanding of statistics & material research
Profound methodological competence in the field of development RF preferable
Knowledge and experience in CAD, Matlab & MS-Office
